NASC Mentor Training
NASC has partnered with mentor training provider, The Chrysalis Programme, to offer FREE mentor training days to its Contractor members throughout May.
Studies have shown that employees who receive regular mentoring are five times more likely to stay with their organisation and 83% more satisfied with their jobs. For employers, this translates to a 20% reduction in employee turnover, improved employee engagement and stronger company culture.
The Chrysalis Programme was founded by HR, Learning & Development professional, David Apparicio. Originally designed to support returning citizens into sustainable employment, the programme has since attracted customers from across all business sectors and levels.
